All I can say is, WOW!
It is tight, beautifully written, and I cared so much about the characters, I hated to leave them. When I purchased the book after listening to a brief reading, I expected to like it, but not love it. To be honest, I expected the effort to be more amateurish, but it is polished and professional, but not at all slick. I have lent it to a friend and can hardly wait for my husband to read it so I can talk about it with others. I recommended it to my e-group and hope some will order it.
Because I draw, I tend to notice the 'package'. The cover was so suitable, seemingly simple, but lots of subtle touches make the reader want to pick up the book.
